Not only does he carry more than his own weight on the job, Shawn places fitness as a priority by working out for two hours every day!

What should I eat before a workout?

Something light with carbs for energy. Nothing too heavy but a little peanut butter or a protein bar right before your workout should be fine.

 I went to Buku.

 I don't remember and my mother told me.

It's half full so I can always add more and share. Probably crown.

 It would be driving to anywhere in anything fast.
