The lazy days of summer are ending. As the seasons change so do our responsibilities and schedules. It is time to get into the groove of back to school.
We believe that taking care of yourself is important for a productive, healthy and successful school year ahead!!
Hottie Potty’s Back to School Tips:
Be Ready – write out your schedule for classes, work and socializing for the semester.
Be Organized – prepare backpacks, lunches, and clothes the night before so you don’t need to rush in the morning.
Be Rested – get 7 – 8 hours of sleep each night.
Be Eco-Friendly – reusable water bottles, turn off laptops when not in use and use recyclable products. Purchase recycled and environmentally friendly supplies…like refillable ink pens and recycled notebooks.
Be Active – the school gym has weights and usually a swimming pool for your use. Get out on a bike, go running, walk around campus or hike on a local nature trail. To get relaxed you can also consider meditating or taking a yoga class. Have fun at college football games and tailgating.
ME time – make time to check in with yourself by journaling, a nap or do something you enjoy for a few minutes every single day.
