Wisdom is something that goes hand in hand with positive experiences. The growing knowledge to have clean, sanitized and fresh restroom trailers and portapotties, that a mother feels comfortable having their children use, is important to Elizabeth. Potty Girl offers an amazing service in the portable toilet industry with even offering kid size portapotties!!
Potty Girl’s CFO, Elizabeth Young, is an example that diligence, motivation, and a solution-focused work ethic makes Potty Girl a true success.
We asked Elizabeth a few questions so you can get acquainted with her!
What is your favorite holiday and why?
My favorite holiday is Christmas! I love all the decorations. I love the coziness of Christmas. I love being with family for the idea of gift-giving and resting.
Have you ever had a nickname? What is it?
Yes, I've had a nickname, Jenny Penny. My best friend Dawn used to call me Jenny Penny. I changed my name in college to Elizabeth. Nobody calls me Jenny Penny anymore, except her.
Is your glass half full or half empty? What exactly is in your glass?
My glass is half full now that I'm older and wiser. I love unsweet iced tea with extra lemon. I think I was supposed to live in the south even though I'm a northerner. I love the idea of sitting on the porch with a tall glass of iced tea, lots of ice tea, in hot weather and rocking on the swing.
What do you do for fun in your free time?
For fun in my free time, I'm the mother of a toddler, so I have very little free time. I sure love to read and often times you'll find me with earbuds in my ears listening to a wonderful book on audible. I love books and really don’t get time to read them anymore.
What motivates you to work hard at Potty Girl?
I am motivated at Potty Girl because of the amazing people that we have working with us. It's a company that my partner and I built and it's ours. We offer employment and an amazing service to the community. It’s worth working hard to make it the best we can make it!
What makes you the happiest in your life today?
What makes me happiest in my life today is being a mother. There was a time in my life when I didn't think I was going to be a mom. I think about that often while I'm watching my son play, learn, and grow into this beautiful, active, joyful, and adventurous little boy.
