I arrived in my happy place, a Potty Girl restroom trailer, for the fun and festivities that lasted throughout my entire weekend. My favorite festival, Festival International de Louisiane, celebrates world music, unique cultures, magnificent art and delicious food in downtown Lafayette, Louisiana, with the best porta potties around!

I started dancing down the street with mesmerizing music coming from the Fais Do Do stage. Riyaaz Qawwali was playing their unique South Asian music. I was taken in and danced myself into a trance! Then I “needed to go” and Potty Girl’s luxury restroom trailers and colorful portable toilets were widespread across downtown. I was thrilled to see golf carts safely zipping around and wondered why they were being cheered along and thanked. It was for having such clean and fresh toilets! Surely you saw me, Hottie Potty, trying to start a parade to celebrate those fantastic potty attendants.

As the weekend continued, no doubt I had my fill of fried gulf fish with crawfish sauce, salted caramel popsicles and that fabulous festival punch garnished with my favorite fruit, pineapple. In the event the potty called me, everywhere I walked I saw such a colorful display of clean portable toilets to use, like urban art.

My favorite moment was when I was listening to Alpha Blondy, which his reggae rhythms are mainly sung in his native language of Dioula French, and was the final act to this great festival. I saw a Potty Girl restroom trailer!  I jetted to the VIP entrance located at the Rain Angels tent and that water closet was so convenient that I didn’t miss a beat. I felt safe with that darling VIP attendant on site that the potties stayed clean and smelled fresh. I shouldn’t have saved the best for last.

This festival restroom experience was outstanding! I really want to thank Festival International and all involved for having a loyal partnership with Potty Girl for their festival! Merci Beaucoup!!
